About Legatus Vault

What it is

Who runs it

Legatus Vault is operated by AXIA Enterprises. The canonical domain is https://legatusvault.com. A machine-readable index of the site is available at /llms.txt and a crawl policy at /ai.txt.

What it is not

Legatus is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. It does not draft documents or replace consultation with an estate attorney. It does not currently provide remote online notarization.

How verification works

An owner configures one of four verification paths: by certified death certificate, by consensus of designated verifiers, by either, or by both. Once a verification is completed, a configurable hold period begins (default seven days, owner-cancellable). After the hold period elapses without cancellation, documents become accessible to the designated heirs.
